Having Problems Renting Your Condo?

Here’s an article shared to us from Buhay Marino Dyaryo July 2013 Edition. Written by Mr. Andy Manalac NREA Chairman of the Board.

He mentioned the common issues of the condominium investors who owns a unit in the Philippines and yet they are out of the country. They can’t attend to their units or even market them for rental. Although they have relatives or family members that can possibly manage them but they are not professionally equipped to handle rentals and the possible issues that it may get. And that’s how Rent.ph can step in, most specially if your having problems renting your condo. Read the article below to know more.

We own one at Serendra in The Fort but it is empty right now. Although the original plan was to rent it out, husband and I can’t seem to go for it. We’re not ready to do just that as we are scared of possible misuse. We do plan to dispose it off at the right price when the right time comes.

The article is a good read.
