Qualifications:
Broker or Agent duly recognized by the Professional Regulations Commission;
Must have exercised his or her profession for at least six (6) months;
Must have paid the annual dues in the amount of P1,000 as rent manager;
Or must have paid the annual dues to realty organizations;
