HandoverCondition

premises shall be handed over a Bare Shell
Condition.
Fit-Out Period /Construction Period
Two (2) months, commencing upon handover
date. Fit-out period shall be free of rent except for
the CUSA dues, utilities and other fees
attributable to the fit-out works of the unit.
Validity and Reservation Deposit
Take note
Upon signing/confirmation of the lease term
sheet, LESSEE shall pay a Reservation Deposit
equivalent to one (1) monthβs rental. The
reservation Deposit shall subsequently form part
of the Security Deposit.
Upon payment of RD, the unit shall be officially
reserved for the LESSEE until the execution of
Contract of Lease. Should the LESSEE, decide
not to pursue with the lease, the RD shall be
forfeited in favor of the LESSOR.
Documentary Stamp Tax
DST or BIR
2000 due shall be for the sole and
exclusive account of the LESSEE.
Withholding Tax
Withholding Tax or BIR 2307, if applicable, shall
be for the LESSORβs account.
